How we match

You can upload a photo, paste a product link, or describe what you want in your own words. We write back a short description of the item and show it to you before searching. If it's off, you edit it. If your photo contains several things, you pick or crop the one you mean.

An optional budget and a "what matters most" choice (closest appearance, dimensions or material) are yours to set — they're never required.

We search a fixed list of retailer storefronts rather than the whole web, and we tell you how many listings were scanned and how many product pages were read in full.

Shortlisting uses a product's title and description. The final comparison opens the product page itself and uses its photos where they exist — and when a listing has no photo, the card says the comparison came from text only.

Close means shape, colour or finish, and key features all line up. Partial means two of those three. Anything weaker isn't shown as a match — it stays hidden unless you ask to see the closest results.

"Delivers to your location" appears only when the item's own page confirms your destination. When a shop serves your country but this item isn't confirmed, the card says "Check delivery at retailer". A shop's website being available in your country is not treated as proof that this item reaches your address.

"Does not deliver to your location" is used only when the shop states it — and those items are hidden by default. Where delivery really is unconfirmed, you'll see an amber label instead of a promise. We don't invent delivery times, so unknown timing stays "Check delivery time at retailer".

The retailer's own selling price is shown first. A converted amount is always marked "approximately" and is an estimate. For items shipping from abroad, we state that shipping, duties and taxes are not included. If a price can't be read reliably, the card says "Check current price" and no savings are claimed.
